Mysee Chang Vang serves as Board Chair of Hnub Tshiab: Hmong Women Achieving Together.

Mysee is a Manager of Systems and Business Operations at Securian Financial, where she leads a team responsible for business operations, system configuration, and data management. She brings cross-sector experience spanning education, technology, and financial services, with expertise in change management, organizational development, and operational strategy.

Her work focuses on helping organizations navigate complex change, improve processes, and align systems with business goals. Through her professional experience, Mysee brings a strong understanding of organizational strategy and the systems needed to support meaningful impact.

Mysee is passionate about advancing women's economic empowerment, mentoring emerging leaders, cultivating intergenerational connections, and fostering lifelong learning.
