Programs

The Hmong Women Leadership Institute (HWLI) provides Hmong women with the opportunity to develop their leadership in a supportive and nurturing environment. Participants will learn to use and practice their leadership to create lasting change on a personal, family, organizational, and global level. They will participate in monthly group sessions and conduct a community dialogues project aimed at increasing understanding of community needs and building sustainable, systems-wide changes around social change, particularly gender issues in the Hmong community.
